    breakfast pre 13.8 after 14.1

    lunch pre 11.9 after 13.1

    tea pre 11.5 after 12.4

these are still high but for me they are a drastic drop

    Those are fab Ally.

The fact that you go up by so little (under 2) for each meal, really is excellent.

I hope you are really pleased?
    What did you eat?

And if you keep it up, your fasting and before meal levels should fall nicely.

    Hug!

Well done. As B says, the rises aren't bad so it is a case of keeping it up and losing some weight so that the starting figures start to come down.

Well done Ally. Those after meal spikes are better than a lot of mine! You must be getting your carbs right, and keep on like this and your base levels will come down and down. I hope this new development will keep you motivated.

Give the girl a gold star!!

I think you're doing really well, Ally - I'm always well pleased with myself when my spikes are small like yours, even though I'm not always too happy with my pre-meal readings. For me seeing a flattish set like that is equally as important as getting all my levels down.

    Well done Ally.

I hope you enjoyed what you ate to achieve those numbers? Those after meal numbers are very impressive, and if you can keep it up, it's likely your before numbers will drop too. What sort of things are you planning for your meals?
