    What would be the best YouTube videos to recommend to the wider public that would be digestible to a range of age groups and levels of understanding?

    Ideally these would be easy enough to follow by all (adults) and maybe older children.

    I agree with all of the above recommendations - they are great for keeping us informed and motivated. I've just been ploughing through the Tim Noakes Trial (apart from the infant feeding bits) and have found these clips very interesting and informative.
