Hi just asking a question. I’m travelling to New York soon and I’m on 4 injections a day and the insulin I use is novorapid 3 times a day and levemir once a day. How will I take my insulin with the timezone difference can someone help me??

Here's a non-expert slant on it. Your NR bolus is to cover meals so I'd just continue to inject before eating. I'm not sure about your basal as you may need to adjust the timimg of that as the once a day injection will be about 5 hours later than your final does in the UK.
I travel to Greece a couple of times a year and just inject according to local time, but there's only a plus two hour difference from UK time

Most basal injection times can be altered by a couple of hours without issue, so maybe gradually phase in the Levemir time change. (Or just do it in one go, bearing in mind that you'll have a few hours of slightly extra insulin in one direction and slightly less in the other.)

The novorapid you take when you eat, so the time zone doesn't matter.
For the levemir there are different options. If you only go for a couple of days you could choose to keep it at your home time. If you go for a longer time you could move the timing.
Please ask your health care professional for advice as well, we can't give you dosing advice really

Bit of an off topic question: Does it work well for you to take your levemir only once a day? As far as I'm aware most people need to take it morning and evening.
