Hi guys im seeing some good results from SR metformin in just a few days but two wierd things have happened just wondering if anybody else has something similar happen or knows why.

Firstly i keep getting wierd cravings im on a yeast/sugar free and low carb diet but last nite i was getting really big cravings for milk, ive not drank milk in a few years quite streange, i also was getting a craving for bread which i have not ate in a while... any ideas ?

Also i seem to be more thirsty and peeing a bit more, but i thought metformin was supposed to stop these ? The only thing i can think is my body flushing out as to why im more thirsty and drinking more.. any ideas ?

    Thanks
    Steve
