    Morning all, woke on a 12, don't know why......have a good day all, it's Wednesday so toad patrol tonight if the temperature gets high enough and it looks as if it might.

    Morning all,
    Happy it's another badge day for me, 5.1 and guess it's because I had very light and small evening meal. Light? 4 pork dumplings in Sichuan soup!!. This 5 isn't going to be repeated tomorrow as we're meeting a friend for a drink late afternoon and will probably eat.
    Yesterday was bizarre, the trainee doctors I met were 1st year medical students. I'm not really sure what the purpose of the meeting was to be honest but they asked questions. I hope I gave them a little insight into how one person deals with T1. I hope it helped.

    I'm even later on parade! Slept until I woke naturally, and will go back to bed this afternoon just to bank some ZZZs for nightshift tonight. Bloods in the high 7s overnight, so I turned all my high alarms off because I was knackered :D (kept the "really" high 10mmol one on though. And the hypo ones).

    Good morning
    Bloods were good last night thanks to an adjustment on the basal....methinks I will be doing a basal test over the weekend, I think I need a tweek in the mornings also

    DD was my problem in school.....I am a lazy speaker, I pronounce three as free, a fair bit of Welsh is dd and my speaking of Welsh can be VERY misleading :hilarious:

    Afternoon all. I've been to an initial clinic appointment to talk about pump therapy today. I've had a look at both and have come away with some literature for the Minimed 670G and Omnipod with a demo pod to try. Lots of reading and researching to begin to see if I think if it would suit me and the differences between the two I've seen. :bookworm:

    Afternoon, all just having a quick cup of tea before I go into battle ( school escort lol) I was gardening this morning, planting some Dahlia's and putting in a new border edging, as the old one was getting a little ragged, had to stop because of 3.4, but soon carried on because it started raining and I wanted to get that job done.
    Oh, I hit my fore finger on my left hand with the mallet, it's a little swollen, but not too bad, as I have another 9 digits I can use :)

    Brilliant, I know some bits, but I'd really love it when you say something in Welsh that I get the translation so I can upgrade what little I've got and learn some more
    How would you say "I've got T1" or would you frame it differently?
