My favorite food and it doesn't always bother me.

I love raspberries too @cdpm. What's more, not only do they eat well, they're packed with valuable nutrients and diabetic friendly as well.

Scrambled eggs with cheese slices melted in.
From the family.
Did not settle well.
I've learned that it isn't certain foods caused. It's caused by the act of eating itself.
(Sorry--i said more but I couldn't find the other food group where some chat is allowed. I'm not good with forums.)

You can record anything you eat and it’s affects on you in one of your own threads @cdpm, that would be absolutely fine :)

Three scrambled eggs on a homemade oatcake, a cup of green tea and a cup of coffee with cream, not milk. I probably won't have much for lunch - maybe some cheese on a slice or two of rye bread. More coffee and/or tea. Later I will have some fish with whatever green vegetables my wife will provide (or, perhaps, baked beans). I've just been put on that injected drug that so many people have been buying to help them lose weight (can't remember what it's called but I'm sure you'll all know what I'm talking about). It's said that it causes loss of appetite - hence the weight loss. At 11st 12lbs, I don't need that side-effect but I'll have to put up with it. I've only been on it for a few days, so haven't yet seen any effect. What a miserable condition is diabetes!

Thank you. We've had a pretty rotten year this year so just catching up on old routines.
Welcome aboard the LCHF wagon @Clase. We're pleased you could join us again.

Logging my meals here, it must be said, helps to keep me motivated, especially when circumstances conspire to disrupt our daily routines.

Once again, welcome.

Good evening @David_A_Hughes and welcome back to this thread for type 2 foodies. It's good to see you here.

Yes, diabetes isn't fun. It affects all our organs and tissues, but I'm determined to enjoy my meals and you'll find plenty of low-carb recipe ideas here in this forum. It sounds as though you enjoyed a hearty breakfast and a tasty supper today.

Once again, welcome.

Homemade pumpkin dip which I ate as is. I'm not a dipping person. It was made of canned sugar free pureed pumpkin, whipping cream and instant vanilla pudding all stirred together. Very yummy and settled well.
