    I got 5.9 this morning! I normally have Brazil nuts for my liver block but I ran out so had walnuts instead. I might try them again :)

    Cauliflower cheese and 2 squares dark chocolate and a handful of brazils for tea last night.

    Week 5 on Lyxumia, with 2mg Metformin SR... Doesn't seem to be working. Changing to Bydureon in 2 weeks time.

    yesterday 1600calories, 142gr. carbs and 86gr. proteins...
    slept horrible and had to also sleep in the day.. still have flu miss my manic fitness..:depressed:

    Lergies here too. Never been bug free since October. Nursery might be my culprit. They give you all kinds. Wish I didn't have to put him in.
