I had 5.8, which is one of the highest fasting BC levels I have had so far. I had about three tablespoons of a super-sweet Thai dessert last night (the first tablespoon tasted amazing :D, then it was just sweeeeet :***:). I wonder if this is the reason, although I had 5.4 three hours after eating, before sleeping o_O.

Edit 1: Two hours after breakfast I measured 5.4.

Edit 2: Two hours after lunch I was down to 4.7 - and I had a big lunch with half a cauliflower, two eggs, mustard sauce (home-made with a lot of butter, and white flour :angelic:), a handful of pumpkin seeds and then some roasted beetroot.

I am still trying to understand my body, but I am hopeful for tomorrow's fasting BG

    Morning All

    5.9 for me this morning.

Not too bad considering the airport food and the 02.00 hrs arrival home this morning.

Missed the thunderstorms but we do have this wet stuff plummeting out of the sky....

I was 8.4 last night 2hrs after the fish and chips, I only ate about half my chips and had some berries for pudding.

Fasting level this morning is 5.1 happy with that.:)
