    6.1 at 0700 due to being in the car all day yesterday / fish and chips last night / new pot of dodgy strips / night cramps / prospect of rain / riots in Ankh Morpork....

    OMG! Only 2 full days in on new insulin and my new fbg this morning is.... 6.0 and 5.8 through the night.
    No supper/liver block nor dawn phenomenon/liver dump.
    If tomorrows is the same I'll be one very very happy bunny.
    Novarapid to be tweaked. In fact I might be able to lower it. Only novarapid to be tweaked. I'm delighted. :) :) :)

    Annual HbA1C result yesterday - 36. A smidge up from last year (34) but I'm happy with that.

    5.9 mmol this morning after I started refeeding.

    Multi-day fast does require more discipline...will probably try to go for a multiday fast again next week....

    Morning all on this very grey day here! Matches my mood...feeling a bit despondent today. 8.2 this morning. Discovered yesterday I am going to have to cut carbs even more and I thought I was doing well .
