    6.1 today very surprised had a restless night last two readings in the low sixes how long will it last

    Increased my basal but had higher fbgs since but I'm ill. Fbg 7.2 this morning. Yesterday was 8.3 too. Not increasing more til virus gone and I'll reassess. ;)

    4.7 this morning, Liber and tested on meter. And also - last nights very low carb dinner - 5.1 before, 5.1. in one hour 5.1 at second hour! Best ever result and all checked on my meter to be 100% sure.

    Mine was exercise. I still walk in pain but very much slower so i can prevent stress to heighten my high bgs. Everything raises bgs in type2s, it seems. The biggest one is raising bgs after missing a meal. The liver is the culprit (mainly). Liver blocks are a godsend for me.

    Ours is on thursday. God knows what the rain clouds will do. Parents aren't allowed at ours due to fighting parents in the past. :eek: :(
