    This is possibly my lowest reading since being diagnosed with type 2. Yesterday I skipped breakfast, had fried mushrooms and egg for lunch and ate some houmous with carrots and celery for dinner and some strawberries with a little cream. Also had some kefir from Sainsburys. Weight down slightly to 75.3 Kg.

    Morning all. Up to 9.2 at 9.30 am despite a carb. free day yesterday. :( Must be a combination of this awful bronchitis, disturbed night ( coughing) and lack of exercise.:arghh: Also tested later than normal (Overslept!) Have a good Sunday folks.:)
