you need really to go down in the number of grams of carbs you eat in a day, then you´ll most surely be able to get normal numbers... but you need to eat maybe less than 100-150 grams of carbs in total in a day... the lower carb eating style is essential to get normal numbers of blood glucose... it can take 2-3 weeks to get down , maybe you can get there sooner but you need to be strickt then... good luck dear

Thankyou for your input after doing 10 mins on my bike I then had mushroom omelette and 6 strawberries fir lunch with a bottle of water. 2 hours later Bg down from 20 to 14.8 they are now 12.4 so looks like its the nasty carbs i need to get rid of. Blood test back Hsb level 101 so its gone up it was 60 something and I am waiting to see a diabetic specialist so hopefully on the right track

Off on the ferry today to mainland Scotland, then tomorrow we fly to Oslo and train to Lillehammer. Back to Oslo on Thursday and the final wedding (number 5!) of the year on Saturday
