Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    92 this morning, but with very strange crave for sugary foods. I dont have any idea why.

    8.4 today. Would an HbA1c reading of 69 usually be handled by diet and exercise alone? I was diagnosed back in 2014 at a lower level but have never been on medication.

    7.3 at 07.30. Not bad considering the cursed pain of gout in the last 24 hoursplus all the extra meds.

    Hi @peony50 I’d reiterate mo53 s question.
    I had similar A1c on diagnosis but I was put on metformin, not really sure how much effect that has.
