Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    5.2 and Good morning to you all. Off to the docs today at my new practice. Need to show them my arthritic knee and ask for blood tests. Hopefully he/ she will comply but you never know with doctors in my experience.

    I am 5.5 this morning so really happy with that. I did dip back into the 6's last week also DJC3 ... but even that is a great result, because I have always been in the high 7's throughout my two years since diagnosis. I guess my diet changes have kicked in for me at last :D

    Hi Everyone,
    I hope your all doing as well as you expect to be doing today, whilst dealing with this beast of a condition, we're burdened with.


    My BGL's this morning at 07.30 hrs were 8.4. which isn't that bad for me.
