Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    yes if you eat more proteins than your body needs to build your body, the remaining amount of proteins can be transformed by the liver into blood glucose

    Hehe ! been not to bad lately been flirting with the fives for the last few weeks getting close to hopefully being in them permanently big test due on Monday so we’ll get the average for the last three months

    I have got a shed load of tests at the pathology shop due next month as well.

    I will see how my need for coffee is on Friday when I get out of bed, as there's a couple of fastings amongst them as well.

    I sweating on getting my haba1c closer to 5% this time.

    My BGL's this morning were 8.9 at 08.30 hrs.

    @Diawara 5.8 is good. Type 2s should aim for an fbg of between 4-7.

    86 mg this morning with Libre Freedom Lite strip, but 113 mg as shown by Libre sensor monitor.
    I do not know which to believe! Any comments from your experience (if Libre user)?
