Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    Hi Everyone,
    I hope your all doing as well as you expect to be doing, whilst dealing with this beast of a condition, we're all burdened with!!!

    Well this morning at about 07.40 my BGL's were 8.4, to most members this is way over the top, I understand that but when you'r eating right and exercising, you can only accept what your body chooses to do with all you supply for it to work as normal and for the past 2 or 3 weeks this is where my body has put my results at, so for now I must accept these numbers.
