Good Morning! 6.4 at 0600.
4.6 this morning
Morning 5.6 at 8.35, lazy bones, though good nights sleep certainly makes a difference.
6.6 this morning, although I probably kept my carbs around 100g, none of them were good uns!
6.1 today lowest I’ve been for a few weeks
Before yesterday I was so proud of myself when I hit the 5s, but now - deflated! I’ve decided to carry on as before since I felt ‘good’ and never had any problems (apart from this damned illness). My eyesight had improved (even needed to get new, weaker prescription glasses last week), I’d lost some weight and I personally thought I’d made progress since being diagnosed last November. Thanks for your supportive comments - greatly appreciated. Awrabest to you too.
8.6 this morning and it was only a small amount of cake last night
6.5 this morning hardly slept
5.8 at 4:30 am.
6.2 @ 6.40am boss treated us to lunch yesterday and ate a whole plate of fries with Christmas coming up not too sure about my willpower...will have to test religiously not to overdo it. Good day.
5.2 @ 4.40 - bg control is obviously not my strong point but nothing alarming. Bumbling along really. Have a spiffing day - UK Winter Solstice.
4.9 this morning
6.1 at ridiculous o’clock. It’s Schulsylvester (last day of school) and tradition is that kids are up early, wandering about with whistles, cowbells, pot lids, drums - anything that makes a noise. Ringing doorbells and running away is another favourite. Siesta on cards for me this afternoon!
[email protected] 6.00am
5.9 on a dark wet morning at 0636....
4.9 this morning.
Happy Gravy Day to our Australian friends
