    6.2 on this snowy (is that a word?), icy morning. It’ll be another sofa, Kindle, TV day for me. Dogs can use garden - too much salt on roads which is deadly on .

    Morning, 6.6 at 4.30, bloods seem to be increasing and I was a paragon of virtue at Christmas and Birthday. Meeting with doc Wed, perhaps Metformin is the way.
