    7,5 today which isn't too bad I haven;t taken any metformin because traveled lots yesterday and didn't want o risk any side effects ( which happen at random times ) :nailbiting:

    [email protected]:40 (Oh well, yesterday I skipped breakfast and straight to the Dentist, then indulged with two slices of Burgon Bread, 2 x Peronis, 2 Chapatis, a nectarine. Went to bed on a 8.4 Yikes!)
