I’m new to all this but I found eating my last meal really early helps. My last meal is usually before 4pm. But I’ve only been doing all this for two weeks but I’ve managed to come down from 8’s to 5’s in two weeks with intermittent fasting, low carbs and eating early. Might be worth a try?
