G'Day from Montreal. My morning BG is 5.0 mmol/L today, (05:30hrs EST). (three hrs post supper my BG was 5.8 mmol/L Whaaa??!!)

Odd as I had a half a plate of Lasagna and a small piece of icing lathered cake with custard filling for supper last night I left most of the icing.
