G'Day from Montreal. My morning BG is 5.1 mmol/L this a.m. (05:30 EST.) (Accu Chek A1c calculated @ 5.3%)

Late supper last night, 90g vermacelli pasta and tomato sauce. Post reading 8.1 mmol/L before I hit the sack .

That Komboglyze is doing it's job, say what??!! I haven't had pasta in ages but my cupboard is bare.
