    5.9 this morning. Running higher recently. Thanks to those that gave advice re diet that you sent yesterday. I can't remember who said you can never be too thin but it's left me with a face that looks like it's got a slow puncture. Thanks again.

    Good Morning! 6.4 at 0600 today.
    That's ok but I had hoped to be below 6 as I am fasting. But I did have two chicken tikka wraps last night which seem to have raised my bg. Won't be having them again, or at least not often.

    Salad and/or soup. I will only eat once in a 24 hr period (timed)...
    If i make a chocolate mousse i will add that with some berries.
