Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

5.8 for me which is a pretty average day.

6.5 at 6am, 2.5 hours later it went down to 5.7. Hmmm I thought BG would go the other way... I'll never understand these fluctuations.

4.8 this morning, and that was after lots of rice at dinner. I was very hungry, after an active day. I was 4.2 and 5.0 pre and postprandial for that meal.

4.1 this morning, and I had a baked potato last night. It just goes to show (probably, maybe, might do) the positive impact of additional activity.

I still haven't got the readjustment of my fluid intake quite right though.
