10.. today unfortunately.

I've not posted in this thread for a couple of weeks because I was embarassed by being in the 9s. My carbs have slipped from 120 to nearer 200.

However I just realised the support here will help me get back on track, as avoiding the board through shame doesn't help

I too feel sad when I have to post higher bgs. But isnt that what life is all about. Ups and downs.
I often tag winner because i know how hard posters work to get good results or funny wayward naughty bgs can surprise us all.
