Unable to lose weight despite constant effort

    Elizabeth understand you very well. Reconfiguring the body is very difficult for the process of losing weight. I remember how hard it was, but you set yourself a goal and a deadline. I did not adhere to any diet, I just did not eat anything 1-2 days a week, I only drank water. A day of fasting that the body was slowly getting used to.

    after 2 month
    at first it was hard and painful, but now I can easily skip eating 2 days a week and my sugar has dropped significantly. Good Luck! You will succeed, but you need to indicate your desires!
