A couple of my blood sugars have been above 10 the last two days and I can't figure out why.

I haven't changed my diet, just 3 meals a day of the same variety of things.
One biscuit a day to keep them from going low

Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Obviously everyone is different but I'm so confused

Could be a few things. May be your basal requirements have changed just because they decided to lol. Or, may be due to less activity than usual. Also been cooler recently which may have an effect.
any stress or illness will usually nudge them up too.
Final thing to check would be insulin pens, vials to make sure theyre good. Hope you figure it out soon :)

Very possibly, illness causes extra sugar whilst the body is fighting the illness. some people try increasing basal by 10% as a start. Easier on a pump as it can take a few days to kick in on mdi. If you don't think you'll be ill for a long period just have a bit extra qa.

Yes, if you'll ill or stressed, you may get erratic BG readings. Hopefully they will go back to normal once you feel better.
