Yesterday, I made cottage pie, with celeriac/small potato mash
I heard a programme on radio 4 about the benefits of Turmeric, so I decided to spice-up my dinner. I added curry spices including turmeric to my mince. It was deliciousI
Tonight I'm doing canned tuna and sweetcorn curry [with a different range of spices, but still with turmeric] I'll serve it with a few low carb poppadums.

Tinned tuna in a gentle curry is delicious! With sweetcorn and onion.

PS
the flavour of tuna is no more delicate than chicken and lots of people make chicken curry. You can make up most chicken recipes in tinned tuna

I do love tuna Hana and eat 3 or 4 tins a week, just never fancied a fish curry although I know some people like you say it's delicious, I only ever really use chicken when making a curry.
