    Hi,
Please can someone give me more ideas of how one can use this method of controlling their diabetes with some ideas of what to eat during the 3 meals - breakfast lunch and dinner, and how many pieces of fruit to eat a day. I have been reading into it, but feel that I need some more simplistic guidance.
    Thanks

Look at the following link to Amazon - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Low-GI-Vegetarian-Cookbook-Rose-Elliot/dp/0563539216.

It's a vegetarian low GI diet.

    It may help?
