very proud

    I just wanted to say how proud of myself I am iv brought my level from 56 down to 44 in two months have also lost nearly a stone in one month just thought I'd share this x

    This is great and please keep this up.
    Metformin has a lot going for it..... Even if there can be the occasional bit of windy pops.
