Hi everyone, i'm thinking low carb is the way to go for me, i've done low carb today keeping my readings around 4.7 - 5.5mmol throughout the day. I'm short of time as i have two small children, an 8 month old and a 2 year old, so don't always get the time to make adventurous things. Does anybody have any really quick ideas? I keep eating eggs and sausages, and i'm getting bored now Lol. Thankyou x

I would suggest having a look in the low carb thread, there are loads of recipes there. Also I tend to make stir frys or slow cooked curries, Just chuck the meat in the slow cooker with a jar of sauce, and lots of veg, cauli, peppers, brocoli whatever you fancy and 6-8 hours later yummy! I do compare the jars of sauce for their carb content, some are alot better than others.
