Vomiting due to high blood glucose levels?

You must be feeling drained.
The main concern for you now is dehydration so I would try some fluids and see if you can keep them down.
Don't try and eat solids or fibrous foods as you may find that the diarrhoea returns.
How are your blood sugars?
There are some sick day rules here, some may not apply to you.

Have you checked for ketones? If you have those along with high blood sugar then you should seek urgent medical advice as you might be at risk of ketoacidosis.
