    Hi Nicola :)
As an all round exercise walking is great, but have you thought of looking for more specific exercises targeted at scoliosis? I just did a quick Google search and found this site: http://www.scoliosis.org/resources/medicalupdates/exerciseadults.php
If you type "exercise for scoliosis" into Google you'll find lots of info.
    Geri :) x

Hello, yes I used to walk everywhere but since scoliosis/sciatica it has restricted me!
