Weight watchers, slimming world and insulin

I have done both these diets many years ago and I'm aware they have changed greatly recently. Since going on insulin I know it's harder to lose weight. Does anyone have experience of being on insulin and losing weight on either Ww or SW or which diet do you think is the best for diabetics? Thanks

Yeah I lost 3 half stone on slimming world and I am insulin dependant
