2 meals only today as trying to recover from the Indian last night. Poached duck egg with bacon mushroom and tomato cooked in goosefat plus a morning shot of whiskey Fresh white crab meat with half an avocado, mayonaise and tomatoes one tablespoon MCT oil, 2 glasses of water diluted with cider vinegar. total carbs 15g, total fat 60% latest bs reading 5.9 @Snootybutnice - Love the desert presentation, I often have 4-5 raspberries with a spoonful of clotted cream, 10 g of double cream and 10g of a mix of chia flax and hemp seeds - delicious!
Being completely honest.. I did know it had something to do with sheep's internal organs but did not know which bits and what other ingredients were involved. It sounds horrible but I bet it's very nice. One day I WILL try it.

Today, I attempted to make something out of chicken liver, ground almond, hazelnut flour, psyllium husk, mushrooms and mustard. With the benefit of hindsight, I am not completely sure why, I suspect it may stay in the fridge for a while - similar to my recipe for cucumber - " slice thinly and throw out"
Now that's what I call adventurous. Well done! You could ask someone else to test it for you before you do.
I won that as a dinner for two prize at the Bowls Club Bistro where I am a member, the chips would not have been on the menu at home.
