B: lemon & coconut mug cake with lemon mascarpone. Thought it would taste nicer. Could hardly taste the lemon. Also think I'm developing an adversity to coconut flour as the past couple of things I have made using it have left me feeling slightly nauseous:(

D: courgetti bolognaise; sugar free raspberry jelly with raspberries

    S: 4 pieces of 90% dark chocolate
L: (chocolate fudge cake from tescos reduced half price) feeding my cold? Tut tut my son's love for chocolate cake talked me into a piece. I blame the 90% chocolate for giving me the taste back. WITH cabbage, fried onion, broccoli and very hot gravy.

S: at 12 midnight was hungry and stressed about very bad cold so had some cod's roe. My fav.

    Too honest? I hope not.
