Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and Fibre One caramel protein bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and coffee chia pudding.
Dinner: Diet Dr crusty cheese omelette filled with mozzarella, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, onion and sweet peppers (thanks for the suggestion of using just cheddar
@Antje77 , I don’t think the mozzarella would have ended up quite so crispy) followed by SF orange jelly, cream and LC chocolate and ginger granola ( new creation! I had yearned for something chocolate and ginger flavour since hubby bought me a dark chocolate and ginger Easter Egg
