B. Raspberries and cream

L. 2 slices of ham with a piece of cheddar and mayonaise

D. Roast lamb with sweetheart cabbage, carrots , onions, celeriac roasts and gravy. :)

D: will be more of the slow cooked pork ribs with cauli cheese. :hungry: followed by berries n cream. maybe.

B - Own recipe green smoothie made with fresh organic spinach, turmeric root, ginger root, half a blood orange, half a red organic apple, quarter of a lemon and 2 organic carrots.

Snack - Waitrose take-out black coffee with double cream added

L - Half a Lidl's high protein roll spread with butter, Brie and smear of Bovril

S - 2 small lamb loin steaks braised on a bed of onions, half a fennel bulb roasted in olive oil, wilted spinach with knob of butter followed by M & S Authentic Greek yoghurt with frozen raspberries, sprinkled with flaked almonds
#stuffed!

Just spent 4 nights in hospital with pancreatitis again. Been told to have a low fat diet and no alcohol ever. :mad:
So struggling to find some nice food as most of the flavour comes from sugar or fat.
On the plus side I haven't had a fag for 6 days. :p
And to add to it all I've put on a stone and a half since being on insulin.
HELP!!!!!

I missed your posts on the forum - I'm so sorry to hear you've been poorly again. The treatment does sound harsh and very difficult to maintain if you trying to follow an LC diet, but am I right in thinking that if you follow those guidelines for 6 months or so you can reverse the condition? Well done on the smoking front, too. Stay strong - we're all wishing you well. Big hugs x

D. 2 slices of ham, piece of cheddar, olives stuffed with garlic.

L: livlife bread x2 slices with cheese and ham

D: roast chicken with cauli cheese - and gravy. First time had gravy since started LCHF, 2 hours later 6.0 so

B: Overnight low-carb seedy porridge with coconut yoghurt (felt slightly nauseous after that for some reason...)

L: Half a box of Covent Garden veg soup with added shrimps, chilli and olive oil, few Brazil nuts

D: Half a fried kipper with sauteed onion, broccoli stalk, okras and a few radishes, some tahini on top (so good!!!), then a few Brazil nuts and a small handful of Lidl seed mix

I am trying to get my head around portion sizes, and I am happy to notice that I am not hungrier when I eat less o_O

L: Salt Beef & Saurkraut sarnie in 2 slices of LivLife with mustard.
D: Sirloin Steak with Ratatouille and roasted Asparagus.
3x Sourdough crackers and Stilton and a few gallons of Shiraz
