Thank you for the idea another meal for my menu.
B: cup of tea.
L: chicken chargrill, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, mushrooms, fennel, red pepper, red onion all roasted with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
D: will be ryvitas with Philadelphia.
S: tonic water, fruit, maybe a cup of cocoa.
Edited: hypo at 4pm so lucozade, 3x belvita chocolate chip breakfast biscuits.
I don't know whether any one would be interested but I've started to write about everything I eat on a Wednesday (random I know) and what my blood sugars are here: http://paleowithmrsp.com/what-i-ate-wednesday/
But today I have had so far:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 an avocado, roasted baby tomatoes and wok'd kale with some tahini
Lunch: coconut flat bread sandwich with chicken, mayonnaise and lettuce
Snack: Energy ball (made of nut butter, seeds, goji berries and cacao)
B: Chocolate chia pudding with black cherries (Ewelina's recipe on http://www.diabeticgoodbaking.com/2015/11/chia-seed-chocolate-pudding.html - delicious!)
L: Gluten-free low-carb crackers & cheese
D (will be): Cold roast pork, mixed salad, hard-boiled egg, celeriac rosti, small slice BFG
S: Raspberries & coyo
B slice of whole meal toast
D 2 eggs salami
T beef burger and cauliflower
Had some choclate first time but craving it bg 10.4 2 hours later just tested and 5 now
Me too, just had leeks other day in butter, they are rather tasty!
B-1 pint water, green tea & supplements
L-5 streaky bacon, 2 fried eggs in coconut oil, tsp of cream cheese & butter
D- belly pork again, (cheap cut of meat, full of fat and tasty, and easy to do on bbq) cheesey brussel sprouts & broccoli
P-berries and cream
Day 2: Operation Leafy Green
B: kale with avocado and a fried egg (and butter and plenty of black pepper)
L: halloumi and 70% choc
D: green soup: rainbow chard, courgette, red pepper, samphire, spring onion, cashew nuts, chicken stock and halloumi. 3 bowls. Still peckish. More cheese or berriesncream, incoming....
Like the halloumi chocolate combo Well done on the leafy green intake!
A bit n pieces day ...
B: Greek yoghurt with raspberries, Parma ham, Manchego cheese
S: Low carb Lemon Cake
L: rocket, tomatoes, cottage cheese and pate
D: lemon sole, brocolli - nice, but boy did the house smell fishy when I just got home post meeting
S: Oppo ice cream! Salted caramel so good.
And a big juicy glass of Malbec
B: two boiled eggs with butter
L: Poached salmon Fillet with some baby leaf lettuce and a lemon mayo
D: Roast chicken with purple sprouted broccoli drizzled in butter followed by some very ripe brie and Rocquefort with celery
B - bacon & mayo
L - Chicken on a stick! coffee & cream
D - veggies & prosciutto roasted in olive oil
S - babybel, fridge raiders
Breakfast : 3 boiled eggs and 200 ml Skimmed milk
Lunch : 400g Red Kidney beans, lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Carrot spaghetti, capsicum and Olives
Dinner : 300g mixed veg cooked in curry and red chilli sauce

B 1 poached egg with cheddar cheese on 1 slice of hovis 5 seeded brown bread
L 5 small gluten free crackers / cheese and ham spread / 1 pkt pork scratchings
D chicken breast / boiled eggs / mayo

Just finished my 36 hour fast, which has tipped over to 42 hours - feel remarkably good and just about to have a big cooked breakfast with my wife, fried in butter, but of course, no carbs.
