L: baked cheesecake and cream (bg 3.7 before, rising to 6.5 at max, result!)
D: goats cheese and olives

2pached eggs, bacon, half pork chop, tomato, mushroom cooked in butter, spicy chicken wings with blue cheese dip and 2 whiskeys - dinner + 2 hours 5.5 ( best ever) 18.4 on 22 august one month ago.

Bought a slow cooker. Veg soup should be easier. Soft meats are lovely too.
Will put frozen chicken and veg in tonight for tomorrow.

Anyone recomment a good make of good meat content of sausages?

B: 6 almonds and a coffee.
S: pork scratching.... later
L: veg and mackerel.
D: unsure but looking to eat about 7pm as no eating in our house after 8pm now. Too much munching going on......

I was going to have lowfat Cottage Cheese (I know, I know) but it tasted horrible. So for breakfast I had

Four pieces of cloud bread
s: coffee made with milk
l: two pieces of cloud bread, two slices of Ham and two and a half slices of cheese

Just had a piece of Stracc..... Straccio..... oh... of very nice cake! Delicious!

250 grams skyr with blueberries, 1 protein bar, 2 pears and 1 plum, seadbread with strong cheese , 300 grams cucumber and an atkins advantage strawberry shake (not very good taste) all day long 3 packets of sugarfree gum.. ( have been excercising 800 calories) total calories 1300

my blood glucose right now 5.5mmol

I love it too...but this tasted horrid. Funny that I have had three different cheeses taste off in the last week. Wonder what caused that?

dont know but I guess they use different bacterias to make the cheese make those funny lumps

S: cream tea (cherry scone, jam and a disappointing amount of cream, peppermint tea)

Just had a Meat Pie from dietdoctor recipes. It wasn't bad. The pastry was good, I found the meat a little bland and dry but all in all not bad. 5g a serving I believe
