Asda have started selling free from 6 gingerbread santas at £1.20 which is quite a good price although they are a bit carb rich which doesn't bother me as i'm active at work when i eat them.

    Regards
    Tony

I sat down to lunch today with a good friend in a small café attached to the village chippy and was presented with a portion of chips with gf battered haddock all cooked in separate fryers. To say the meal was good would be an understatement as it was superb.

Not much so far but that's pretty normal for me. 1 small Greek Yogurt, 1 salad no dressing. Not sure what I will have for my evening meal. Hey great I can update my post and for my evening meal I had curry beef with a little bit of long grain rice.
