What is the best shoe or trainer for diabetics

Diet drinks - the artificial sweeteners taste vile.
Having to forswear foods I have loved all my life.
Trying to find low carb meals when eating out.
What particular problem are you trying to solve?

Stupid people.
I always just buy good trainers and use Orthaheel insoles, great help with plants fashitis.

If you have plantar fasciitis, get your feet checked for Moron's. The 2 can easily be confused and if it's Morton's, insoles for PF can be counter productive.
I have Morton's so I've gone through it.
PS I'm currently wearing a pair of Cotton Traders Elasticated outdoor slip-ons[currently reduced]. My feet check out 100% whenever tested.
I just make sure my shoes fit my awkward feet.
