I think we are going the same way with some differenceFor me it is
No food at breakfast (coffee and cream only)
then at least another 4 hours with no food, just a cup of tea and water
Some carbs at lunch
then at least 6 hours with no food, just a cup of tea and water
Glass of wine before dinner
More carbs at dinner
No evening snacks, maybe another glass of wine.
Fruit (raspberries/strawberries only) with cream or full fat Greek yogurt a couple of times a week, always at dinner.
No rice, no pasta, no cereals, no ready meals, no processed other than bacon and sausage.
4 fish meals a week (3 of them salmon)

I have heard from a nutritionist that a person should not eat more than three eggs a weekI eat tons of eggs.
You can cook eggs with cauliflower that's awesomeVery low carbs period. And a much higher percentage of fats.
Some fats act different than others.
I keep protein moderate. Never large portions at any time.
Small meals
Eggs always give me good results

I do not know if it was correct information
Thank you this good informationsIn the past eggs were demonised because they contain a lot of cholesterol, and it was believed this contributed to people having high cholesterol levels in their bodies. This myth has now been overturned as dietary cholesterol does not cause high body cholesterol. (our bodies make 85% of our cholesterol, only around 15% comes from food)
They were also demonised because of scares about salmonella and food poisoning. In the UK this food poisoning risk is now very low with UK eggs that have a red lion stamp on them. (due to improved farming methods). It may not be the same in your country. https://www.egginfo.co.uk/british-lion-eggs
I eat on average 2 a day.
