Hi all, hope this isn't too stupid a question! What is considered acceptable when it comes to carbs? I am trying some of the high protein low carb bread, and have some lizi's organic granola (which is really nice) as is says it is low gl. Trying to reduce carbs as much as possible but not quite sure what I should be aiming for. Apologies again if this is a ridiculous question!
Hi Sue, I follow a very low carb diet, 10% carbs, 20% protein and 70% fat. There is lots of information for low carbers on here and you will see there is quite a difference in how low we go. Good luck, I'm sure you will get lots of replies.
