You might not need to eat before your workout. For a short workout you can probably have carbs afterwards. For a long workout take some carbs after an hour maybe. Be sure to carry something with you in the gym. A sugary drink is probably best as your digestion may be slowed while you are exercising hard.

It's probably advisable to reduce your insulin slightly, ahead of exercise and for a while afterwards, up to 24 hours depending on how strenuous a workout.

my only advice is if you are doing this for weight loss or fitness, read up about it. if you are doing it for fun, go for it.
3 x 30min brisk walks a week for fitness and cut the carbs for weight loss will work

There are multiple answers of this question but if you think that we should eat only that food which contain good fats calories and nutrition which are good for health is better and we should avoid to eat to other foods simple. Thanks
