    my usual early test are usually between 10 and 18 i have been insulin resistant for a good number of years and nothing i do changes it or lowers it

    Morning, 7.1 today. I have this weird thing going on with cold-like symptoms, I wake up blocked up for the first couple of hours then I`m ok. This hangs around for a few days, playing hell with my bg levels then goes away for a while. Strange.
