5.1 for me today folks, been getting some 4.5-5's lately whilst I have been up North in Newcastle and that was eating more than I usually would strangely enough. Was a lovely trip though to see some old friends and it was nice not to see my bloods spiking too much either!

6.2 this morning

Annoying that it goes up. But it is to do with bad sleep and stress. Nevertheless morning number is lower than recent days. So not too unhappy.

6.9 last night and 7 this morning. Rather fed up. 7 has been fairly seldom on the graph. I think I need to be stricter with the carbs today. Yesterday was such a hungry day.
