    6.7 ,its this nearly every morning now . Only getting out for an hour walk since the lock down . I am carer to mum also so do get out of the house for that . But I am used to walking a lot more than an hour a day. I bet my A1c won't be as good expected .

    6.2 today. Higher than I’d like too which seems to be a common theme this morning. I think it was having steak for dinner last night - I’ve noticed this before and think it’s probably just too much protein. Even a glass of Malbec couldn’t sort it out!
    @PenguinMum hugs for the peanut butter effect. I’m the same and try not to buy it at all now ( sometimes a jar will surprise me by appearing unexpectedly in my trolley though)
    @WackyJacky64 exercise really makes a difference to me too, but this is only a temporary blip, you’ll soon get back on track.
