    7.9 - in the right direction. Beautiful sunny morning here in London. Post-jab tiredness seems to be going, which is just as well as I spent a lot of yesterday going zzzzzz. Hope everyone is having a good Sunday.

    Good morning all. 4.6 on Swipey - not wholly suboptimal but a known unknown re accuracy. Whether it would be good or bad if it was accurate and where my bg should be for all round good health worries me. Hope you feel better today @Pipp and @Providence 62

    6.9 at 6AM and 7.7 just now at 09.10AM.

    I broke fast at 72 hours last night and BG was still in 5.x so I knew it will be on higher side today but its still very puzzling. I wonder if there is some ailment body is fighting with, causing the spike.

    We will see what happens in next few days.

    5 piercings and 7 test strips later , I eventually got a reading this morning at 0615 of 5.5.

    Last day of kids of school, no running today, maybe a long walk later.
