    Go Team D. Sat Nav may be set for the centre of PerfectDayville, via LowCarb On Sea but road works, traffic jams, potholes and breakdowns will probably delay or take you totally off course. Tomorrow's another day so wash and dry the Team D T-shirt and go again.:)

    6.5 with two days to go to get myself to the target I set for fasting 5s. Not sure what else to do, apart from open a new tub of test strips.

    I can eat walnuts/nuts in the morning but any time after 6pm onwards will spike and as I found out the hard way I had 11s. Peanut butter I am okay with whatever time, who knew eh!
